An I/O Controller is a secure intelligent module designed with today's security concerns in mind.

The I/O Controller, in conjunction with our readers, use encrypted communications to add an extra layer of security to your high profile doors (entrances, server room, etc.). An I/O Controller is not needed for our readers to function but is highly recommended for doors that need an extra layer of defense. It will also extend the functionality of our readers when connected and paired through secure communication between our reader and the door with sections for an exit button, a door contact, and two relays.
